Our graphic design team can create any marketing media you need from a business card design to a large banner. Delta Design can manage all aspects of your sales literature design and business stationery design and print high quality print products at very competitive prices. We use the latest graphic design software and techniques to produce the best possible results in the quickest timescales.

We can source professional stock photography, design logos, draw location maps and manage the job from concept to production. To engage our design service it is helpful if you can tell us how you envisage the end result as far as your imagination will allow you. We endeavour to create your design as quickly as possibly. By being as detailed as possible at the start of the design process we have a very good chance of getting it right first time. In our experience, it is usually after the 2nd or 3rd proof when we will be able to send your file to production. Our design fees are designed with this in mind.

If it takes longer than our original estimate and you are still not satisfied even after 3 proofs then we may not be asking the right questions or, more likely, we are not receiving the right feedback or there are changes to the original brief. Although we will work on your design until you are 100% satisfied, we want you to receive value for money.

The latest software has really clever wizards which let you knock up a design in no time. But design isn’t about knowing which buttons to press. It’s about creating the mood, delivering the message and making the sale. We will accept your files and print them if you wish (See our file supply guide) but we believe that if you want to look professional, leave it to the professionals. Good design sells. Fact. Bad Design - or even just average design - may do more damage to your business than you care to think. We’d recommend you invest a third of your budget in sorting out some decent artwork. After all, it’s not about how many items you distribute, it’s about how many responses you get. Our design fees are probably lower than you think. See left...

As in your business, time is money and we do not want to waste this valuable resource. We would far rather spend the time creating your promotional literature . Please take the time to read through our summary of terms below.

We only charge for what you need. We do not have any hidden charges. Our customers prefer this approach and accept that our pricing structure is fair.

If you feel you are unable to accept our standard terms due to restrictions within your business, please let us know so that we can discuss a solution that works for you.

Please read the following summay of terms:
  • All print orders less than £1000 excluding VAT are paid for in full at the time of placing the order.
  • Artwork submitted is subject to a file check fee of £15 per file unless a signed Disk Risker Form is received.
  • File checks are done same day if received before 3pm. Have you read our file supply guide?
  • If a file fails a file check we are not obliged to fix same day or repeat a file check after 3pm.
  • For duplicate files, up to 3 may be included in one file check. i.e. 3 business cards or double sided leaflet.
  • A minimum charge of £15 for 15 minutes design time may apply for minor changes.
  • Half an hour is charged at £30, £40 for ¾ of an hour and each full hour is charged at £49.
  • Initial estimates include minor changes to design proofs. Additional e proofs may be chargeable.
  • Changes to additional brief may incur additional artwork charges.
  • Images submitted are accepted as being owned by the customer with permission to use for print or internet.
  • Internet sourced maps require permission from source to be printed
  • Credit Card payments are subject to a 2% surcharge.
  • Delivery charges are applied to all jobs unless collected from store.
  • Deliveries requested after delivery to our store carry a £15 administration fee plus courier costs.
  • Our production times are guaranteed but we cannot be held responsible for courier delays.
  • Design Work is turned around in 5 working days from receipt of signed order and payment or completed brief, which ever is the latter unless otherwise stated.
  • Up to 1 hour SOS Design Work is turned around in 24 hours. Order must be received before 3pm.
  • Up to 3 hours SOS Design Work is turned around in 48 hours. Order must be received before 3pm.
  • Disks submitted to us will only be returned if requested at point of order.
  • A standard proof is sent as a PDF attachment by email unless specified otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to refuse artwork if we feel the content is unsuitable to print.
  • Any dissatisfaction with print must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt.
  • The Guaranteed Delivery will be made no later than 10pm of the last working day of the Guaranteed Period.
